Lunar AeroLabs LAGF800 business jet in MSFS 2024

A new studio, Lunar AeroLabs, is working on the LAGF800, its first aircraft for MSFS 2024. It is an ultra-long-range business jet inspired by modern types such as the Gulfstream. Release is aimed at Q3 2027, and the developers say the price will be no more than $40.

The LAGF800 is not a replica of a real aircraft and has no manufacturer licence, so you won’t find any real brand logos on it. It still looks the part: big oval windows, curved winglets, sidesticks and large touchscreens in the cockpit. The studio says it is working with Asobo and Working Title.

What’s inside:

  • Working Title’s Epic 2 v2 avionics, as in the default Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24, with the studio’s own pages and logic;
  • the SpeedPad electronic flight bag (EFB) for speeds, weights, fuel and takeoff and landing performance;
  • APRON View, an airport diagram showing gates, taxiways and your position, plus built-in charts;
  • custom sounds recorded on a real ultra-long-range business jet.

What’s next: the studio is considering pause at top of descent, step climbs and VATSIM model matching. Other variants will only come after release, and beta testers are being picked through the studio’s Discord. With release almost a year away, this one is for business jet fans to keep an eye on.
